What if my society is not registered? Can I book, if in case my neighbouring society is registered?

The concept of Our Farmz is to connect societies to farmers to form a direct handshake. Our Farmz focusses on forging direct logistics between a farmer and consumer, thus eliminating the traditional supply chain. This results in a direct relationship between the two most important aspects of our venture.

Why buy from us?

Buy from us, because we are sincerely fresh, and we mean it. And by purchasing at Our farmz, you are helping your farmer inch towards organic farming, without burning a hole in his pocket and yours.

Who will deliver and supply the vegetables?

For the First time ever, your very own farmer will come to give you your weekly produce. Your farmer group is in the proximity of 50-60 km, from you. So, this ensures there are limited hands in transportation and nutrition at its peak.

When do deliveries for orders happen? What is the frequency of my delivery?

To begin with, we have arranged a weekly delivery for your society. Once, we progress with our operations, we will update you, on the delivery schedule.

What if I am not able to pick up my order on the specified date?

Don’t worry, we will leave your order at a predesignated place allotted by your society. You can collect the order, as per your convenience.

How do I make payments for my purchases?

Payments can be made via the app, using our integrated payment gateway, Razorpay for safe and smooth transactions.

What if some items from my order are missing?

In case, your order is missing, for which the chances are very low, please contact our customer care farmer group at 2898789897.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you have a 6-hour window, in which you may cancel your order. However, your order will be confirmed after 6 hours

Can I add to my order after placing it?

Though you cannot add or delete from an order that is already placed, you can place a new order, that will be delivered with your other order.

What is freshly harvested?

We believe in sourcing the ripened produce and delivering it to you within 12 hours of harvesting your produce.

What value are we trying to add?

We are trying to break the wrong practices that have been happening over the years, by replacing them with well thought of best practices, in farming, harvesting and logistics. This will result, in you being healthy and your farmer, earn more money for his hard work. And eventually, move him to organic farming.

We are doing away with the agents and middlemen. We are enablers and facilitators of a direct handshake between you and the farmer.

Can I see my farm?

Yes, all you have to do is scroll below the product. You will see who your farmer is, where his farm is and you can also go visit him!

How does the subscription to a PRODUCT work?

We have created a unique subscription model, that ensures that you get your staples every week, without going through the hassle of having to order them all the time. The idea here is to make cropping cycles better and further reduce prices.

I want to cancel my subscription. How do I proceed?

Your subscriptions are for 4 weeks and 6 weeks. You have an option of not renewing your subscription, however, you cannot cancel it midway or pause it.

We would like to strengthen the communication, between you and your farmer. If you are unhappy, talk to him. Explain your issues over an email and he will address them and work on better service the next time onwards. Your feedback is of utmost importance to him.

Why don't we have an exhaustive list of products

We don’t stand by storing. We stand by Fresh. Hence, our inventory will always have fresh, seasonal and relevant products only. Hence, there may be not much to choose from at any given moment, but what you choose will always be the freshest of what is listed.
